摘要
腹腔注射氢化可的松造成小白鼠的肾阳虚模型 ,测定肾阳虚小白鼠血液中MDA的含量和XOD的活性 ,结果表明肾阳虚小白鼠血液中MDA的含量明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,XOD的活力显著增强 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,口服加味玉屏风散后 ,能显著降低MDA的含量和XOD的活力 ,表明口服加味玉屏风散对肾阳虚小白鼠有抗氧化作用。
Injecting hydrocortone in abdominal cavity made the kidney Yang deficiency model of white mouse. We assayed the MDA and XOD in blood plasma of the model. The result is followed as: The content of the MDA was higher (p<0.01) and the activity of the XOD was stronger (p<0.05) in the model mouse than that in the normal mouse. It reduced the content of the MDA and the activity of the XOD significantly by oral jiaweiyupingfeng decoction. This marked jiaweiyupingfeng decoction had a role of anti-oxidation.
