摘要
从森林生态效益价值理论依据出发 ,分析探讨了森林生态效益的外部经济效果和外部经济性理论和效益价值核算理论问题 。
This paper discusses some of theoretical problems, such as the theory of externality economics, the effection of external economies, and the financial count of benefit value on the ecological benefits of forest. It can provides some of important practical effects on the correct counting and evaluation of the value of forest ecological benefits.
