氟化物对鸡甲状腺线粒体超微结构的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨氟对鸡甲状腺组织线粒体结构的影响,选用250只1日龄蛋鸡,随机分为5组,每组50只。第1组为正常对照组,2、3、4、5组在日粮中添加不同水平的氟化钠,使日粮中氟的含量分别为 500、1000、1500、2000mg/kg,实验期为150d。测定血清中氟含量,制作甲状腺组织超薄切片,在电子显微镜下观察甲状腺线粒体结构的变化。结果表明,成功地复制出了不同程度的鸡慢性氟中毒模型,氟化物对甲状腺滤泡细胞线粒体的结构,尤其是膜结构造成了严重的损伤。 To investigate the effects of fluoride on the infrastructure of thyroid mitochondria in chicks ,250 one-day chicks were randomly divided into 5 groups ,50 for each . Group 1 was the control , and other four groups(2,3,4,5) were fed the diets containing 500,1 000,1 500,2 000 mg/kg of fluorine as sodium fluoride, respectively, for 150 days. The contents of serum fluorine were determined at every other 30 days, and samples of thyroid tissue were collected and ultrathin sections were made. The results showed as follows:the animal models of chick fluorosis were successfully established , and ingesting excessive fluoride can seriously injure the structure of mitochondria of thyroid follicular cells, especially, its membrane structure.
