摘要
对进行不同培肥措施后土壤进行理化性状和酶活性测定 ,结果表明 :土壤中的脲酶、转化酶、碱性磷酸酶活性与土壤肥力有良好的相关性。不同培肥措施中 ,以有机肥 (厩肥、秸秆 )配施化肥对脲酶、转化酶、碱性磷酸酶活性影响最大 ,分别是单施化肥处理的酶活性的 1 .47、3 .3 1、1 .0 7倍。各培肥措施中 ,以有机肥 (厩肥、秸秆 )配施化肥效果最好 ,有机无机结合中厩肥 +化肥又优于秸秆 +化肥。建议藏东南地区采用有机无机结合方式培肥土壤。
Measured the physics and chemistry characters and the enzymes activity of the soil from different fertility-building measures, the result showed: the urease activity?invertase activity and alkaline phosphatase activity have good interrelationship with soil fertility. Among all the fertility building measures, organic manure combined with chemical fertilizer make the biggest effects on urease activity?invertase activity and alkaline phoshpatase activity, the enzymes activity were 1.47 ?3.31?1.07 times than those in applied chemical fertilizer measures. Organic manure (animal manure; straw) combined with chemical fertilizer is the best measures in all fertility building measures. In organic manure combined with chemical fertilizer measures, animal manure adding chemical fertilizer measure is advantage to straw adding chemical fertilizer measure. To improve soil fertility in southeastern Tibet, we suggest to use the organic manure combined with chemical fertilizer measures.
