摘要
本文介绍了由合锌的冶炼炉灰渣制取的低品位粗氧化锌再通过浸出和净化制成无机化工产品(纯氧化锌、碱式碳酸锌、锌钡白等)的工艺过程。
Experiments have been carried out on the production of inorganic chemi- cals from low-grade zinc oxide made from Zn-bearing smelting slimes.It has been found that the proposed process is feasible for utilization of smelting slimes from refinaries,which can not only solve pollution problem,bnt also recovery valuable metals from smelting slimes.Experimental results show that the direct recovery rate of zinc under the technical conditions for batch production is as high as 92%.If purified with zinc powder,higher recovery can be attained.
