X线与CT影像学测量成人颈椎矢状面参数的差异 被引量:14

摘要 目的分析成人颈椎X线与CT重建图像中矢状面参数的差异及相关性。方法收集67例因轻微头颈部症状在我院行颈椎X线及颈椎CT检查的患者资料,测量并比较两种检查方法中C2~C7的Cobb角、Gore角、颈椎曲率指数(CCI)、胸廓入口角(TIA)、T1倾斜角(T1S)及颈倾斜角(NT);利用Pearson相关检验进行各对应参数的相关性分析。结果颈椎X线测量的Cobb角、Gore角及T1S均大于CT图像中的数据,而NT小于CT的测量结果(P<0.05);两种测量方法的CCI和TIA参数之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察者间对各参数测量的一致性均为良好。各项参数所对应的两种影像学测量数据之间均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论成人颈椎X线与CT图像中所测量的矢状面参数存在一定差异,临床评估中应引起关注。
