Design and Application of Curved Continuous Steel Box Girder with External Beam

摘要 具有外扩横梁的曲线连续钢箱梁特别适合线路平曲线半径小、跨越有设墩限制的路口。结合上海松江有轨电车T2线工程,介绍了钢箱梁的总体设计,分析验算了外扩横梁与主梁交叉区域的受力,探讨了外扩横梁及小半径曲线主梁对钢箱梁分段及吊装的影响等问题。 The curved continuous steel box girder with external beams is especially suitable for the crossing which is on the horizontal curve with small radius and has restriction on building pier. Combined with the Tramway T2 Line in Songjiang, Shanghai, the overall design of the steel box girder is introduced. The stress in the cross area of external beam and main beam is analyzed and checked. The influence of segmentation and lifting of steel box girder on the external beam and curved main beam with small radius is discussed.
