摘要
长条形的轨道交通地下车站基坑大多采用钢支撑轴力伺服系统,但支撑不能动态调整钢支撑轴力。结合工程实际,提出了基于"变形控制"的伺服钢支撑轴力主动调控设计理念,采用地层结构有限元模型和荷载结构模型对同一开挖工况基坑进行主动伺服设计计算,并与传统无伺服支撑设计工况进行比较分析。该设计理念可供设计人员参考使用。
Axial stress servo system for steel support is mostly used in the excavation of long rail transit underground stations. However, the steel support cannot dynamically adjust its axial stress. Based on the engineering practice, a design concept is proposed which requires the servo steel support adjusting the axial stress actively based on the 'deformation control'. The design and calculation of active servo system are carried out for an excavation pit by the finite element models based on stratum-structure method and load-structure method respectively for the same working condition. And the calculation results are compared with that of the traditional steel support without servo system, which can be referred for designers.
