紧邻轨道交通基坑工程成本要素分析

摘要 紧邻已运营轨道交通基坑工程会增加项目的成本,其增加的程度受到基坑形状、大小以及基坑设计、施工工艺等多方面的影响结合紧邻轨道交通6号、8号、11号线的上海前滩25-01地块项目基坑工程,介绍了基坑建设成本增加的原因,分析了紧邻已运营轨道交通对基坑建设影响的规律,为同类项目做好成本规划和采取相关措施提供了参考依据。 The building cost of an excavation adjacent to the existing rail transit will increase while the cost increase is affected by several factors including the excavation shape,scale,design and construction technology.The paper introduces the causes that lead to the cost increase of the excavation engineering of 25-01 block at Shanghai New Bund,which is closely adjacent to the rail transit line 6,line 8 and line 11.Analysis is made to the influence of rail transit on the nearby excavation construction,which is helpful for making cost planning and adopting relevant measures for similar projects.
