城市越江隧道上风道板快速拆除技术应用研究

Application and Study of Rapid Demolition of Upper Air Duct Slab in Tunnel

随着上海越江隧道运营时间的增长,越来越多的越江隧道陆续进入大修期。对隧道大修期间上风道板拆除工艺进行了深入的分析和总结。结合延安东路隧道大修工程,对隧道上风道板的快速拆除技术进行了研究,提出并实施了低净空下上风道板快速拆除的方法。该工艺具有施工效率高、环保、安全、机械化程度高、施工过程中各工序连续流水程度高等特点,可为后续隧道大修工艺提供参考和借鉴。

More and more river-crossing tunnels in Shanghai have entered a period of overhaul after long term operation.A thorough analysis is made to the demolition technology of the upper air duct slab in tunnel.In the overhaul project of Yan’an East Road Tunnel,the rapid demolition technology of the upper air duct slab is studied,and a rapid demolition method of upper air duct slab within lower headroom is proposed.The method is environmentally friendly,safe,with high construction efficiency and high degree of mechanization,which can provide a reference for the similar overhaul construction.
