摘要
在轨道交通预制拼装桥墩抗震性能设计中,有必要探讨预制拼装桥墩与承台间的连接构造,开展相关的力学行为和抗震性能研究。以上海某轨道交通高架桥的墩柱为原型,针对灌浆套筒和预应力组合连接方式、机械套筒连接方式、全精轧螺纹钢连接方式的节段拼装桥墩的特点,按照相似比1∶3设计了一组墩柱试件进行大比例尺拟静力试验研究。试验结果表明采用无黏结预应力筋和灌浆套筒组合连接的预制拼装桥墩具有良好的使用性能和抗震性能。
In the seismic design of prefabricated piers for rail transit viaduct,it is necessary to explore the connection structure between the prefabricated piers and caps,and carry out relevant mechanical behavior and seismic performance research.Taking the pier-column of an rail transit viaduct in Shanghai as prototype,according to the characteristics of segmentally assembled piers connected respectively by grouting sleeve and prestressing,mechanical sleeve and finishing rolling rebar,a group of pier-column specimens were designed according to the similarity ratio of 1:3 to carry out large-scale quasi-static test which studies the seismic performance of different prefabrication and assembly methods.The test results show that the prefabricated piers connected by unbounded prestressing tendons and grouting sleeves have good service performance and seismic performance,and can be used as a recommendation for prefabricated piers of rail transit viaduct.The parameters of prestressing tendon used for the finite element model of the recommended pier-column are analyzed.
