Since entering the 21 st century, data resources have become China's largest national strategic resource. At the same time, data resources are also the core strategic resources of all market economic activities. The transaction of data resources plays an increasingly important role in the current market economy in our country. From the perspective of the purchase and use of data resources, this article discusses the legal issues of the main body, purpose, methods, scope, boundaries and impacts of big data transactions so as to establish a complete and effective data circulation and trading mechanism.
