A Research Team on Big Data Security and Privacy Protection Growing up in Guizhou

贵州国家大数据综合试验区建设已进入重要时期,数据的开放和共享是助推产业发展和技术应用的基础,数据安全与隐私保护是实现数据聚、通、用的关键保障。成长于贵州本土、起源于密码学与信息安全研究领域的贵州大学教授彭长根领衔的研究团队,积极融入贵州大数据的浪潮中,近年来致力于大数据安全与隐私保护的研究,在科学研究、技术开发、团队建设、交流合作和人才培养等方面积极探索,在全国同行中具有较大的影响力。该团队也是贵州省公共大数据重点实验室和即将获批筹建的省部共建国家公共大数据重点实验室的重要支撑力量。

As we get into a new important period for constructing the first National Big Data Pilot Zone in Guizhou, data opening and sharing is becoming one of the most solid foundations of big data industry development and technology application. And during which, both data security and privacy preserving are the core guarantees of the data gathering, data circulating and data applying. A native research team, which is led by Prof. Changgen peng in Guizhou University and originated from the research of cryptography & information security, actively take part in the big data waves of Guizhou. Recent years, this team devotes itself into the research of data security and privacy preserving, and explores actively in theoric researching, technology development, team building, communication and cooperation, and talent cultivation. This team makes some differences among the same professions. Further, it also becomes the important support of the Guizhou Provincial Key Laboratory of Public Big Data and the forthcoming granted construction of the National Key Laboratory of Public Big Data.
