摘要
结合国内地铁设计提出的公共交通重载型自动扶梯技术要求相对现行规范《自动扶梯和自动人行步道的制造与安装安全规范》(GB16899)已大大提高的现状,从自动扶梯运行要求、主要技术参数、梯级设计与试验要求、舒适性指标对比分析国内地铁设计与美国公共运输协会《重载运输系统自动扶梯设计指南》、英国伦敦地铁《地铁重载型自动扶梯规范》有关公共交通重载型自动扶梯的技术要求,对国内地铁公共交通重载型自动扶梯的设计以及电梯行业编制相关规范具有一定的借鉴意义。
The technical requirements for heavy-duty escalators for public transportation proposed in the design of subways have been greatly improved compared with the current specifications of Safety rules for the construction and installation of escalators and moving walks(GB16899).This paper analyzes the technical requirements of domestic subway design and the American Public Transportation Association’s Escalator design guide for heavy haul transportation systems and the London Metro Metal heavy duty escalator code for public transport heavy-duty escalators,mainly from the aspect of escalator operation requirements,main technical parameters,step design and test requirements,and comfort indicators.In general,this paper offers important reference for the design of heavy-duty escalators for domestic public transportation and the relevant construction specifications for the escalator industry.
