深圳市地铁集团秉承'经营地铁、服务城市'的理念,经过20余年的发展,探索多种建设管理模式。阐述深圳地铁充分发挥政府投资的带动作用,对现阶段建设管理模式进行大胆探索与创新,分析深圳地铁建设管理模式的主要特点及其优势,论证通过科学管理,并辅助信息化、先进工艺工法、技术创新等技术手段能有效地提升管理水平,有效带动'轨道+'相关产业发展,充分发挥政府投资的叠加效应。
Metro development is one of the government’s largest investment projects.With a history of over 20 years,the Shenzhen Metro Group,adhering to the concept of'developing metro systems for the welfare of the city'has explored various construction management styles.This paper explains how the Shenzhen Metro has played a leading role in government investment and how we take bold reform measures to improve the construction management.,It also analyzes the main characteristics and advantages of the current subway construction management style which is scientific and information technology based.Advanced technological methods,technological innovation,and other technical means can effectively improve the level of management and fully exploit the synergistic effects of government investment.
