轨道交通高架站低压配电智能雷电防护系统设计 被引量:6

摘要 现有轨道交通高架站低压配电防雷系统只能实现被动防雷功能,无在线检测功能,系统状态无法监控,维护不方便。提出一种新型智能防雷系统,通过配置雷电临近预警装置、自动升降接闪器装置、重要负荷切换控制装置,实现主动防雷;通过配置计算机终端及软件、智能电涌保护器(surge protection device,SPD)及其后备保护装置(surge circuit breaker,SCB)、在线监测型接地电阻测试装置、集中器等,实现全系统智能化,从而实现对SPD、SCB、系统接地电阻等参数在线监测,确保防雷系统有效运行,保障轨道交通高架站低压配电系统不受雷电脉冲过电压和感应过电压的危害。 Existing lightning protection system of low voltage(LV)distribution used for the rail traffic elevated station is a passive method of proof-lightning.This system cannot be provided with on-line detection function or system monitoring,and has an inconvenient maintenance.Therefore,a new intelligent lightning protection system is proposed.By configuring lightning near an early-warning device,automatic lift flashing device,and important load switching control device,we are able to actively realize lightning protection.By configuring person computer(PC)terminal and software;intelligent surge protector(SPD)and its backup protection device(SCB);on-line monitoring type earthing resistance testing device and concentrator;and so on,the whole system can finalize the functions of online monitoring for many parameters such as SPD,SCB,and system earthing resistance.In addition,this system ensures the effective operation of proof-lightning system,which guarantees the safe and reliable operation of the LV distribution system used for the rail traffic elevated station without any damage by the lightning impulse overvoltage and induced overvoltage.
