The development and changes of domestic and international situation influenced the contemporary college students in different ways, which brings difficulty to the ideological and political work in colleges as well as new challenges. Therefore, the educationists should do well in the ideological and political work in a scientific way with their experience and scientific way, in which changing concept is a guide, selecting contents is a core, sincere attitude is a prerequisite, mastering the rule is a breakthrough, emotion education is a basis, reasonable convincing is a principle, organizing is a media, aesthetic education is an art, systematic and method renovation is the key point and the real effort is the result. In this way, ideological and political work could achieve its desired goal.
