浅议我国民营企业家族式经营的合理性

尽管民营企业的家族式经营模式受到种种批评 ,但改革开放以来 ,家族式企业仍在我国蓬勃发展 ,其深层次原因在于 ,家族式经营方式是适合于我国民营企业的发展特点及经济环境的。家族式也存在着自身固有的缺陷 ,只有不断引进先进企业制度与经营管理方法 ,不断进行自我改造、管理创新 ,家族式才能焕发应有的活力。

Since the reform policy, the family type enterprise has grown rapidly in our country. The foundamental cause lies in that the family type business is suited for the characteristics of the development of private enterprises as well as of economic environment in our country. Yet the family type also has its inherent defects. Thus we must renew the mechanism, reform the management, so that the family type can radiate the vigor.
