数控车床多媒体CAI系统的开发

Development of NC lathe multimedia CAI system

分析了应用CAI课件进行数控车床教学的优点,在此基础上应用多媒体开发工具Author-ware6.0研制了数控车床多媒体CAI系统(NCLMCAIS),建立了NCLMCAIS的总体框架,开发了数控车床理论知识教学、操作技能培训、技能鉴定指导、模拟测试题库等功能模块。

NC (numerical control) lathe is widely applied in manufacturing. It is vitally important to do the best NC lathe instruction and training. By analyzing the advantages of using multimedia CAI courseware, NC lathe multimedia CAI system (NCLMCAIS) is developed with multimedia tool Authorware 6.0 in this paper. The macro frame of NCLMCAIS is set up. It includes theory knowledge, operating training, skill identification guidance, simulated testing database, etc.
