媒介与日常:以20世纪40年代上海“秋海棠”弹词版权纠纷案为例

摘要 20世纪40年代,活跃在上海评弹曲艺界的弹词皇后范雪君因为'秋海棠'弹唱的版权问题与海派文人陆澹庵之间发生了诉讼事件。这一事件引起了当时媒介的广泛关注,大小报刊媒介对此进行了全方位的追踪报道,进而成为了一起社会'公共事件'。本文拟从社会文化史视角,就这一事件厘清近代上海新闻界与评弹曲艺界之间的关系,探讨大众媒介的报道立场,反映它们之间对于这一事件的舆论推动作用。这一案例既反映了战后上海评弹艺人的生存状态,也反映了这一时期上海新闻报刊业、职业艺人与海派文人之间的利益共存关系。 In the 1940s,Fan Xuejun,the Tanci Empress who was active in Shanghai Pingtan art circle,was involved in a lawsuit against Lu Dan’an,a Shanghai literati,because of the ballad singing copyright problem of'Qiu Hai Tang'.This incident attracted widespread concern of the mass media at that time.A variety of press media carried out comprehensive follow-up reports on the affair,and then became a case of social'public event'.From the perspective of social and cultural history,this paper intends to clarify the relationship between the modern Shanghai press and the art circle of Pingtan,to explore the reporting standpoint of these media,and to reflect their roles in promoting public opinion on this event.This case reflects not only the living conditions of the Pingtan artists in Shanghai after World War II,but also reflects the coexistent relationship of interests among the journalists,professional artists and Shanghai literati in this period.
