摘要 实验表明,交尾后马尾松毛虫雌虫产卵时对寄主的选择行为受基质的形状和化学组成的影响,但看来化学因子更为重要。生测表明,活性物质溶于石油醚、乙醚、乙醇和水,并且可用水蒸馏法蒸出。这些物质主要分布于松针的表面。被马尾松毛虫取食过的松针其相应抽提物则失去了活性。气相色谱分析显示,取食过的松针抽提物含有正常松针抽提物所具有的全部化学成分,但有些物质的含量却变化了,并且出现了新的化合物。用切除手术实验证明雌虫接受寄主影响雌虫产卵行为的化学物质的感化器主要分布在其中垫上。 Experiments indicated that mated females of Dendrolimus punctatus prefer to lay their eggs . on the needles of their host, Finns massoniana, which however, had no effect on that of the unmated ones. The host selection of the mated females for oviposition is influenced by both the shape and the chemical composition of substrate and apparently these chemical factors are more important. Needle extracts of P. massoniana were bioassayed using artificial twigs. The results suggest that active compounds are soluble in petroleum-ether, ether, ethanol, water and distillable,and exist on the surfaces of the needles. The corresponding extracts of the remaining needles eaten by the pine caterpillars lost their activity. The gas chromatography analysis shows that although extracts of ,the remaining needles contain all compounds the extracts that normal needles have, though the amounts of some compounds have changed and some new substances have appeared. Ablation experiments indicate that chemoreceptors of the females for host chemicals which affect their oviposition behavior are mainly located on their arolia.
