毛白杨组培茎段扦插的研究

Studies on the Cutting of Tissue Culture Shoots of Populus tomentosa Carr

本文系统地研究了毛白杨(Populus tomentosa Carr.)组培茎段(小芽及大芽的切段)扦插和嫁接的方法与规律。结果表明:茎段扦插成活率达85～90％,幼苗生长良好。应用此法能够免去生根培养基及有关环节,使组培苗成本大幅度降低。

The thesis systematically studies the way and law of cutting and grafting of tissue culture shoots of Populus tomentosa Carr., The results show that survival rate of cuttings is as high as 85-90%, the plants grow very well. The method can replace root-raising medium and related work, greatly reduce the cost of tissue culture plantlets.
