摘要
在0-2℃低温下观察到梅花品种‘小绿萼’、‘大羽’、‘荷花官粉’、‘残雪’、的花粉在人工培养基上经42小时后的发芽率分别为50.2%:48.4%、42.0%、33.0%;‘大黄杏’、山桃、杏、榆叶梅分别为48.0%、46.7%、42.4%、25.7%。在扫描电镜下观察了在0~2℃低温下梅花种间授粉经16小时后,花粉在柱头上的发芽及低温下花粉管在花柱组织中的生长速度。认为在长江流域自然低温下,梅花授粉受精过程是能够顺利完成的。
It was observed that the pollon germination rate of Mei Flower cultivars Prunus mume cv. ' Small Green Calyx ', ' Big Wing ', ' Lotus Pink', 'Snowy' are respectively 50.2%, 48.4%, 42.0%, 33.0% under the condition of 0-2 ℃ temperature after 42 hours, and P. armeniaca cv. 'Big Yellow', P. davidiana, P. armeniaca and P. triloba are respectively 48.0%, 46.7%, 42.4%, 25.7%. The germination on the stigma surface and the growth of pollon tubes in the stigma tissue are also observed under the Sanning Electron Microscope(SEM) after artificial interspecific pollination at 0-2℃.
