侧柏种子和苗木性状在种源间和种源内变异的研究

GENETIC VARIATIONS OF SEEDS AND SEEDLINGS AMONG AND WITHIN POPULATIONS IN PLATYCLADUS ORIENTALIS

本文对辽宁兴城试验点,在1984年播种的侧柏6个种源58个家系及1985年播种的7个种源105个家系的种子和苗木的17个性状作了研究。结果表明,出苗率、生物量、苗高和1年生苗移植成活率等性状在种源间的相对变量大于家系间;种子长、宽、厚度和枯梢率等性状在家系间的相对变量大于种源间。

Based on 163 families collected from 12 populations of Platydadus orienialis,17 characteristics of seeds and seedings were studied. Results indicated that the variations of most characteristics among and within populations are significant.The variations of germination capacity, seedling height and some other characteristics among populations aregreater than those among families within populations. The variations ofseed length, seedling cold-hardiness and some other characteristics among families within populations are greater than those among populations.
