氧煤熔融还原炼铁与甲醇联合生产的初步探讨

A PRELIMINAPY EXPLORATION OF IRONMAKING BY COAL-OXYGEN SMELTING REDUCTION WITH COMBINED PRODUCTION OF METHANOL

本文提出了氧煤熔融还原炼铁与甲醇联合生产的设想。铁矿石熔融还原副产的过剩煤气用作甲醇生产的原料气,其投资与生产成本皆可显著降低,有可能成为煤制甲醇颇有前途的方法。

To solve the problem of utilizing the great deal of surplus gas from iron- making process by coal-oxygen smelting reduction,an idea of combined pro- duction of iron and methanol has been presented.As a byproduct,the surplus gas of smelting reduction of iron ore is used as the raw gas for methanol produ- ction.It may be a prospective way for methanol production based on coal with remarkable decrease of both investment and production costs.
