摘要
用线性规划法和生产函数法,对小流域的农业生产结构,从资源和资金分配两方面进行了研究。结果表明,(1)当农林牧用地之比为1∶0.93∶1.56时,小流域土地资源的分配最为合理;(2)当农林牧业投资比为1∶0.24∶0.19时,投入资金的分配最合理,系统的产出最优;(3)农林牧各业的投资效果系数分剐为3.15、12.08和16.23,表明小流域的生产应以牧业、林业为主。
Huangjiaercha watershed is typical of the small watersheds in Xiji, the mostly heavily eroded county in China.The agricultural structure of this watershed is studied through the analysis of distribution of both land resources and investment. It is shown that, ( 1 ) when the land utilization ratio among agriculture, forestry and husbandry is 27:25:42, the distribution of the land resources is mostly reasonable; (2 ) when the investment ratio among those above is 1:0.24:0.19, the distribution of investment is mostly rational. Thus the output of the system is mostly optimised; and (3) when the effect coefficients of investment of agriculture, forestry and husbandry are 3.15, 12.08 and 16.23 respectively, indicating that the production of the small watershed firstly be husbandry, and secondly forestry.
