摘要
鞣花酸是水解类单宁的重要基础物质之一,开拓鞣花酸的新用途,对水解类单宁的深度利用具有重要的实用价值和深远的学术意义。合成步骤:(1)鞣花酸醚化生成4,4'-二-○-甲基鞣花酸;(2)4,4'-二-○-甲基鞣花酸开环并酯化生成4,4'-二-○-甲基-5,6,5',6'-四羟基-2,2'-二甲氧羰基联苯;(3)4,4'-二-○-甲基-5,6,5',6'-四羟基-2,2'-二甲氧羰基联苯次甲氧基化,生成4,4'-二-○-甲基-5,6,5',6'二次甲氧基-2,2'-二甲氧羟基联苯(联苯双酯)。实验证明鞣花酸合成联笨双酯理论上是成功的,但其操作技术难度较大,工艺过程尚需进一步缩短和完善。
El.lagic acid is one of the important basic elements of the hydrol-yzable tannins. Exploration of new uses of ellagic acid and further utilization of hydrolyzable tannins have important economic and academic value. Synthesis process:(l) 4,4'-Di-o-methylellagic acid is made by etherifying ellagic acid; ( 2 ) 4, 4'-Di-o-methyl-6, 6 ,5' , 6'-tetrahydroxy-2, 2 -Dimethyloxycarbon-yldiphenyl is produeed by operating ring and esterifying 4,4'-Dio-me thylellagic acid; (3) BDD is made by methylenexyfying 4,4'-Di-o-methyl-5,6,5' ,6'tetra-hydroxy-2,2'-Dimethyloxycarbonyldiphenyl.Experiments indicate that the synthesis of BDD made from ellagic acid is reasonable, but the process is complex and should be simplified [and perfected.
