摘要
对高频加热压制的胶合弯曲件的曲率半径变化进行了测试研究。结果表明,在正常的工艺条件下,弯曲件不会产生回弹,其曲率半径的变化仅决定于因含水率变化而导致的干缩。本试验结果如证实可靠,那就可以在胶合弯曲前对胶合弯曲件的曲率半径作出准确的预测。
An investigation has been made of the, movement in curvature radius of laminated bends by means of a radio-frequency heating process. The results indicated that there was no tendency of spring-back in the bends produced by conventional process. On the contrary, the alteration in curvature radius depended only upon the shrinkage due to a moisture content change in the bends. If the results of the experiment are valid, the exact curvature radius of laminated bends can be estimated before bending performance.
