摘要
本文分析了习用夹套蛇管釜微分蒸馏糠醛,精制率低、能耗高的问题。改用热虹吸式再沸器减轻热破坏,旋浮塔(the cyclonic floating tray)分批精馏提高一次精制率及回收率。生产应用表明,本装置可使总精制率从84%提高到87.5%以上,且投资不多,简单易行。
Many attempts have been made to overcome the shortcomings of the conventional jacketed still with coil heating device used for differential distillation of furfural in its lower productivity and higher energy consumption, but results are not quite satisfactory, particularly for small scale furfural production now commonly adopted in China. Descriptions were given by the authors of a newly designed thermo-siphonic reboiler with a cyclonic floating tray on it for batch fractional distillation of furfural. The thermo-reboiler can prevent furfural from spoiling heat effects to some extent while the cyclonic floating tray can increase the yield, as well as the recovery rate, in a single distillation. These equipments have been set up in a furfural production plant in Beijing,and an increase of yield from 84% to more than 87.5% with good qualities was recorded, after running for more than six months. These innovative equipments are easy to operate and less expensive in- initial cost.
