摘要
芍药属植物的染色体长期以来仅观察到2倍体及4倍体的种,直至1955年T.Haga与T.ogafa报导了日本芍药(Paeonia japonica)植株内曾发现一株3倍体,此后未见有其它报导。本文则在牡丹(P.suffruticosa Andr.)品种中首次发现‘首案红’3倍体品种,并对其进行了染色体组型分析,以及叶表皮细胞气孔数目,大小的观察。
For a long time species in genus,paeonia were only found to be diploids and tetroploids.In 1955,Haga and ogata discovered a triploid herbaceous pe-ony(paeonia japonica).Recently P.suffruticosa cv.'Shou An Hong'was found to be a triploid.This is the first triploid discovered in tree peony.The ka-ryotype of this triploid cultivar was studied.It's stoma size and number p-er unit leaf surface were compared to those of the similar diploid cultirar 'Mo-Kui'
