摘要
作者等在胡桃植株组织提取液中发现一种对矩圆黑盘孢菌(胡桃枝枯病的病原菌)的分生袍子萌发具有明显刺激作用的活性物质。该物质在枝条的树皮中含量最高,叶中较少,木质部中很少,根皮中极少;对光、热、酸、碱有相当稳定性;能被活性碳吸附,并具萤光性。经薄层层析初步纯化结晶后,用紫外吸收光谱、红外吸收光谱、核磁共振、质谱分析,表明该物质为一种芳香化合物。
In the tissue extract from bark of walnut (Juglans regia L.) branch was found a chemical substance which stimulate the germination of coni-dia of Melanconium oblongum Berk,pathogen of twig dieback of walnut.Its concentration is highest in the branch bark,Less in the leaf,only a little in the xylem and absent in the root.This substance is very stable to the action of heat,light,acid or alkali.As shown by analyses with ultraviolet absoption spectrometry,infra-red absoption spectrometry,nuclear magnitic resonance and mass spectrography,this substance is an aromatic compound.
