摘要 1.查明中国水仙花粉母细胞在减数分裂过程中表现了明显的不规则、不均等现象。2.观察了花粉粒的发育和人工萌发情况。表明含有微核的小孢子最后形成败育花粉粒。不含微核的小孢子则继续发育,但它们的染色体组成不完全一致,发育不同步,不积累淀粉,发芽率低(<30%)。最后对中国水仙高度不育的主要原因提出意见。 1 . Through smear slides, meiosis of Chinese sacred lily (Narcissus tazetta var. Chinensis Roem. ) is found to be obviously irregular and unbalanced.2. Observations on development of the pellcn grains prove that abortive pollens are formed from microspores with micronuclei, while micro-spores without micronuclci continue to develope into normal functional pollens. The microspores without micronuclei do not have to same chromosome constituent, their development is not synchronous, and no stargh accumulated in them. By artificial germination the pollen shows a rather low percentage (30<%) .
