摘要
振动磨机内粉磨氧化钙(在145℃下分解碳酸钙获得),对长时间粉磨的氧化钙再在不同温度下加热。用反气相色谱技术分析了粉磨产物表面自由能随粉磨和再加热的变化,并作了理论上的解释。测试结果表明,随粉磨进行,氧化钙表面自由能增加;其中伦敦色散分量一直增加;极性分量随粉磨进行,开始增加,继而减小,直至消失。粉磨氧化钙再加热,氧化钙表面自由能下降,其中伦敦色散分量下降,但极性分量又出现.
Calcium oxide,formed by decomposing calcium carbonate at 1450℃,was ground inn vibrational mill,then the long-time ground sample was resintered at different temporatures.Inverse gas chromatography(IGC)was used to measure the change of the sample surface free energy with grinding and resintering. It is concluded that the total surface free energy and the London dispe- rsion component increases with increasing grinding time,while the polar component first increases with grinding,and then decreases and finally disappears.When the long-time ground sample is resintered,its total surface free energy and the London component decreases,but the polar component appears again.
