摘要
在国内外广为使用的现代企业制度是有效的经营管理制度,不仅仅适用于一般企业,对于第三产业的医院系统同样适用。因此,借鉴企业组织变革经验,将成为今后医院组织变革的趋势。综观现代企业制度引发的企业组织架构发生的变化及其明显成果,医院也需要借鉴现代企业组织变革模式,从纵高型向扁平化发展,从小而全向小型化发展,从直线型向网络化发展,从钢性化向弹性化发展,构筑起一个灵活多变,充满活力,符合市场需求和时代发展要求的组织体系,从而使自己在竞争日趋激烈的时代里永远立于不败之地。
Modern enterprise system is an effective system of operation and management, and has been widely used in China and abroad. It is not only fit for general enterprises, but also fit for hospital system of the third industry. Therefore it will be a main trend of hospital organization reform to use for reference of reform experience of modern enterprise organization. Looking back changes and obvious outcome of enterprise organization frame that modern enterprise system brought, the hospital need to use tor reference the reform mode of modern enterprise organization. From depth to landscape orientation, from big and whole type to minitype, from line type to network and from frangibility to elasticity, let us try to build up a good organizational system, which is fully flexible and energetic, which can fully meet the current market's demands and challenges and with this system in place, we can win our battle against this highly competitive market place.
