摘要
为了获得高抗蠕变性能的转子用钢,要求钢中铝含量低于0.01%。电渣重熔过程中,影响钢锭铝含量的控制因素很多,本文只讨论熔渣成份对重熔锭铝含量的影响,根据实验结果和200T电渣炉的实际操作的分析,本文提出采用含铝量为0.01~0.022%的电极母材重熔时,CaF_2基熔渣的最佳成份应为Ca0/SiO_2=2—3,Al_2O_3/SiO_2<2,SiO_2%=6~10。
In order to obtain high creep-resistance steel used for turbine rotors, [A1]content in the steel should be lower than 0.01%. There are many factors affecting[A1]content during ESR process.The present paper has discussed the effect of slag composition on controlling[A1] content only.Based on experimental results and the analysis of actual tech- nological parameters of a 200T ESR furnace,an optimal CaF_2-based slag composition range is suggested as.CaO/SiO_2=2-3,Al_2O_3/SiO_2<2 and SiO_2%=6-10,for ESR with foundry electrode containing 0.01-0.022% aluminium.
