摘要
介绍一种针对船舶机电控制设备的智能在线远程故障诊断系统,该系统建立在由INMARSAT-B卫星通讯系统 和INTERNET 组成数据传输通道的基础上,利用自组织特征映射网络完成连续属性值的聚类量化,采用粗糙集理论解决故障实时诊断专家系统的决策规则推理。本系统中还引入了由航运指挥中心的专家组成的远程网络会诊,与智能在线诊断系统一起为远洋船舶提供强有力的技术支持,本系统已经在实验室条件下进行了仿真实验。
This paper introduces an intelligent real-time remote fault diagnosis system for the devices on marine vessels. On the basis of data channel consisting of INMARSAT-B and Internet, the continuous attribute values are clustered by means of the Self-organizing Feature Map, and the Rough Set theory is used in producing decision rules for the fault diagnosis expert system. The paper also introduces an Internet consultation method held by experts in marine headquarters, which acts as technological support for marine vessels along with the intelligent diagnosis system. The feasibility of the system has been testified by primary simulations conducted in laboratory.
