M419型锅炉诸多设计问题的综合改进

Imprvement Aim at Soving Much Desihg Problems Of Type M419 Boiler

对M41 9型锅炉普遍存在的低负荷稳燃能力差、主再热汽温低偏差大、排烟温度高、热风温度高、炉膛严重结焦、锅炉灭火等问题进行了分析 ,拟定并实施了综合改进措施 。

After analysis of the problems,such as poor capability of low load stable combustion,main & reheat steam temperature low with too much deviation,exhaustion temperature high,hot air temperature high,serious slagging in furnace,flame-out etc,which universally exist with M419 Boiler,Comprehensive improvement measures are studied out and implemented and great effects are achieved.
