火电厂干除灰锅炉机组除渣水的循环利用

针对对华能辛店电厂二期改建工程锅炉除渣系统的运行状况 ,通过系统分析和水量平衡计算 ,提出了一个循环利用渣斗冷却水 ,减少污水排放的方案 ,采用这个方案 ,将大大降低除渣系统的补水量 。

In allusion to the draw-off slag system for the pulverized coal fired boiler of Huaneng Zindian Power Plant running status,pass to analyse the system and balance water flux,advance a blue print to repeat use to cooling water for clinker hopper and reduce let off sewage.If adopt the blue print,will depress the recruit water flux for the draw-off slag system by a long way,and no dust laden sewage let off.
