摘要
本文应用异搏定治疗各型偏头痛病人51例。通过治疗前后1个月,头痛次数、头痛强度、头痛指数作自身对照研究,发现三项指标均有明显改善,经统计学处理有非常显著性差异(P<0.001),总有效率达86.3%,证明异搏定是治疗偏头痛的有效药物,副作用少,疗效明显优于去痛片(P<0.01)。
Treatment of Various hemicraniawith Verapamil in 51 cases wasperformed.After treatment timesper month、intensity and MI ofhemicrania were improved markedlyby a control study in same patient.There was a extremely singnificantdifferece in statistics(P<0.001).The total efficiency of verapamilis 86.3% and it's side effect is less.
