摘要
分布式集散系统DCS的普及与提高为先进控制的应用提供了强有力的硬件和软件平台。针对EFPT-IB复杂多容对象的加热炉出口温度大纯后特性,介绍了在I/A’series集散控制系统上利用其接口函数进行史密斯(SMITH)预估PID控制算法研究,通过在EFPT系统上的应用,取得了很好的控制效果。
The quickly development of distributed control system (DCS) provide a powerful hardware and software platform for advanced control. In this paper a method for the implementation of smith predictive PID control on the I/A's DCS is proposed to deal with the large time-delay associated with the system. The proposed scheme is realized and tested on an EFPT-1B heater system. The result shows that the proposed method is feasible and good control performance is achieved.
