摘要
本文以纳米晶复合永磁材料为例 ,研究了晶粒之间交换耦合相互作用对双相纳米晶复合永磁材料有效各向异性的影响 ,并计算了一定条件下的有效各向异性常数。结果表明 :在晶粒交换耦合相互作用下 ,材料的有效各向异性随软磁性相成分的增加而降低 ,随软、硬磁性相平均晶粒尺寸比值的增加而增加。
The effects of the exchange coupling interaction between magnetically soft and hard grains on the effective anisotropy of nanocomposite permanent materials have been investigated with Nd 2Fe 14 B/ α Fe as a typical study. The effective anisotropy is calculated. The calculated results reveal that the effective anisotropy decreases with increasing magnetically soft phase component and reducing the magnetically soft/ hard grains size ratio.
