LN,FN,bFGF及EGFR与肺癌转移

Relationship between the expression of laminin,fibronectin,basic fibroblast growth factor and epidermal growth factor receptor and metastasis of lung cancer

目的 探讨层粘连蛋白（laminin,LN）、纤维粘结蛋白（fibronectin,FN）、碱性成纤维生长因子（basic fibroblastgrowth factor,bFGF）、表皮生长因子受体（epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR）在非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）中的表达及其与转移的关系。方法 用免疫组化SP法检测62例NSCLC。结果 肺癌LN,FN,bFGF及EGFR的阳性表达率分别为58％（36/62）,84％（52/62）,66％（41/62）及73％（45/62）;I,Ⅱ级肺鳞癌的LN的表达强度明显不同于Ⅲ级者（P<0.05）,LN的表达强度在有无淋巴结转移的两组鳞癌间比较,差异有显著性（P<0.05）;不同分级的肺腺癌间FN的表达强度不同（P<0.05）,bFGF及EGFR的表达强度在有无淋巴结转移的两组肺癌间差异有显著性。结论LN,FN,bFGF及EGFR与非小细胞肺癌的分期、分级及转移密切相关。

Objective To study the expression of laminin(LN) , fibronectin(FN), basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) and their relationship with metastasis of non - small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) . Methods Surgical specimens from 62 NSCLC patients were defected for LN, FN and bFGF and EGFR expression with immunohistochemical method. Results The ratio of LN, FN, bFGF and EGFR in expression was 58% (36/62), 84% (52/62), 66% (41/62)and 73% (45/62) , respectively. The expression of LN, FN, bFGF and EGER in grade I and grade Ⅱ squamous cell carcinoma was correlated with from that of grade Ⅲ( P<0.05) . There was a significant correlation between LN expression and lymph node metastasis of lung squamous cell carcinoma( P<0.05) . Differential histopathological grades of lung adenocarcinoma was correlated with FN expression( P < 0.05). The expression of bFGF and EGFR was closely associated with lymph node metastasis in lung cancer. Conclusion Expression of LN, FN, bFGF and EGFR in NSCLC is closely associated with TNM - classification, histological differentiation grade and metastasis status.
