FUNCTION,ENVIRONMENT AND EFFECTIVENESS——THE UNDERSTANDING OF DESIGNING SHANDONG JINCHAO FRUIT AND VEGETABLE INDUSTRIAL GARDEN

从环境、功能、效益三个方面论述了现代工业建筑设计项目中需要重点把握的几个要素 ,并提出理想的设计过程 ,实为一个投资方与设计方互相促进、互相推动、达成共识的过程 ,并以最终实现项目的功能性与经济性的完善与统一为目的 ,使建筑环境成为一个能满足和体现企业文化理念及建筑美学的载体。这样一个过程也是建筑师在新的市场经济中实现其使命与责任。

Based on function,environment and effectiveness,several key factors of modern industrial architecture designing project were discussed here,which must be taken into account in the designing process.An ideal designing process is a process of promoting each others views,pushing ahead each other views,and reaching a common agreement between investors and designers.It is suggesed that the faultlessness and unanimity of a project's function and economics are the aim to pursue,and an architect should try to make architectural environment into a body of meeting and realizing enterprise culture concepts and architectural aesthetics requirements.It is also proposed that the process is the unique choice of an architect to realize his or her responsibility and mission,maintain his or her survival and development in the new market economics.
