摘要
本文报告骑跨式内外植法鼓膜成型术32例(35耳)。一期愈合率97.1%(34耳)。新生鼓膜有一定锥形外观,与外耳道前壁呈锐角。气骨导间距≤20dB 者占74.3%(26耳),术后语言频率平均气导听力(PTA)达实用听力者85.7%(30耳)。文章介绍了手术方法及适应症,并与单纯内植或外植法进行了比较。
32 cases(35ears)of myringoplasty
using the riding medial-lateral grafting
method were reported.The rate of
first-stage heating was 97.1%(34 ears).
The grafted tympanic membrane was at
a right angle with the anterior wall
of external auditory canal.A cone
shaped appearance can be observed
on the grafted tympanic membrane.
74.2%(26 ears)of the cases,the
gap of air-bone conduction after the
operation was below or equal to 20
dB(HL).The rate of PTA at the
applicable level was 85.7%(30 ears).
