This paper states the creating way of electro-mechanical transmission automatic control system with Object-Oriented Programming(OOP)and its technology of intellectual assessment system.The system combines the information technology with electro-mechanical transmission control.It can enhance design efficiency,and alleviate designer's labor,so it is useful.
