胃灵胶囊溶出度的研究

Study on dissolution of Weiling Capsules

目的 :确定胃灵胶囊 (黄连、吴茱萸、川楝子和大黄 )填充药料的最佳配比。方法 :测定填充药料配比不同的胃灵胶囊中小檗碱的溶出度。结果 :全浸膏胶囊 ,含 1/ 4生药粉胶囊的T50 、Td 及m值与含 1/ 2生药粉胶囊之间有显著性差异(P <0 .0 1) ,全浸膏胶囊的T50 、Td 与 1/ 4生药粉胶囊之间差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但两者之间的m值差异显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :含 1/

Objective: To confirm the optimum ingredient of the filler in Weiling Capsules (Rhizoma Coptidis, Fructus Evodiae, Fructus Toosendan and Radix et Rhizoma Rhei. Methods: The dissolution of berberine in weiling capsules of four different prescriptions were determined. Results: The T 50 , T d and m of the capsules of whole extraction, extraction which contains 1/4 raw drugs were significantly different from that containing 1/2 raw drugs ( P <0.01), the T 50 and T d of whole extraction were not significantly different from that containing 1/4 raw drugs ( P >0.05), and there is no significant difference between them ( P <0.01). Conclusions: The extraction which contains 1/4 raw drugs was optimum prescription of the filler in Weiling Capsules.
