This paper explains the fact that rich energy rsourses exist in the Sberia and the Fan East areas of the Soviet Union. According to the fact, it analyses the good conditions and the bad factors to devefop and to take advantage of the energy resourses in the areas. It also summarizes the four advantages of the energy industry in the areas.
