对我国农业危机进行深层透视,发现农业的危机本质上可以划分为自成危机、转嫁危机和体制危机。走出危机则须各个击破,即走生态集约农业的发展道路,克服自成危机;确保农业的基础地位,消除转嫁危机;完善双层经营体制,解决体制危机。

Deeply analysing the agricultural Crises of Our Country, the writor finis that they can be divided into self-forming crisis and shifled crisis as well as system crisis. To break away from the crises, the writor thinks that they must be destroyed one by one, i.e, we can overcvome the self-forming crisis by taking the road of ecological intensive agriculture, remove the shifted crisis by ensuring agricultural status of foundation and solve the system crisisby perfecting the double-level system of management.
