我国水荒的原因及对策

水资源是人们生活和生产中不可缺少、不可替代的物质基础。水荒几乎遍及全球并引起全世界的普遍关注。引起我国水荒的原因主要有：①水量不丰且时空分布不均；②污染严重；③浪费严重，利用率低。解决我国水荒问题必须开源节流双管齐下．并从技术上和政策上找对策。为此，本方提出了合理综合用水和建立合理的水资源价格体系等十大对策。

Water resource is a Substance base of human being’s living and produclng.Which is indispensable and unsubstitutive. Water shortage is a world-wide problem and has been a popular question in the earth. The reasons of water shortage in our country are,①water resources are not rich and distribute unevenly ② polluted seriously and ③ wasted greatly and low use rate. In order to overcome water shortage in our country, both to broaden sources of income and to reduce expenditure are needed, meanwhile, countermeasutes must be found from technology and policy. And so, the paper puts forward such ten specfic countermeasures as reasonably and synthetically utilizing water resources and set up wise price systern of water resouces.
