碳链有效长度预测有机物的气相色谱指数

ESTIMATION OF GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY RETENTION INDEX FOR ORGANIC COMPOUND USING THE QUASI-LENGTH OF CARBON CHAIN

本文使用了碳链有效长度这一表证有机物分子极化效应的参数来关联多种有机物的气相色谱指数。发现所考察有机物的气相色谱指数I与其碳链有效长度Nr'有良好的线形关系：I=a＋Nr'其中a，b为系数，回归结果表明碳链有效长度能较好的定量说明有机物的分子极化效应对其气相色谱指数的影响。

In this paper, the quasi-length of carbon chain Nr’ were used to calculate the gas chromatography retention index for severl series organic compound. It was discovered that there was a linear relationship between the quasi-length of carbon chain and gas chromatography retention index for severl series organic compound,and the relationship can be expressed as follows: I=a +bNr’ where a, b represents regression coefficients, The regression result shows that the quasi-length of carbon chain Nr’ is good agreement with the effect of moecular polarizability ability to the gas chromatograpthy retention index for several series organic compound.
